The ocean front condo can accommodate 8 people or more with it's new queen size bed in the master, two new full size beds in the guest bedroom and a pull out couch in the living room. View condo layout. The condo has a huge kitchen and breakfast nook fully equip with a microwave, dishwasher and washer and dryer. Other features include it's romantic fireplace with sunset and ocean views. The covered patio is only steps away from the pool and hot tub, "no stairs or elevators!" The condo also has security access with covered parking.

Our Beach Cottage condo is located 7 miles south of Clearwater Beach and 7 miles north of St. Petersburg Beach. Easy access to the mainland and shopping via the Park Avenue drawbridge. There is a public boat ramp across the street with over night parking, shopping and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, many within walking distance.
