Villa “Le Agavi” measuring about 400 sq.m. with a large surrounding garden (5000 sq.m.) which is completely fenced, more than 60 sq.m. of arcades and a marvellous perimeter-overflow pool (m16x6) is situated on the hills of Scarlino (GR), 7km away from the sea, with a very beautiful panoramic view over the gulf of Follonica.
