Beautifully furnished with brand new kitchen and tile floors 2BR 2 BA Condo on second floor.(First is parking only) Spiral Staircase directly down to lushly lanscaped grounds. Only this floor has the stairs, others have to go through a lobby with a key. Wander around among our beautiful tropical gardens, bring your drink down to the water. Sandy beach with lounge chairs under chicki huts. Fish or swim from the great T-dock or just hang out and watch the fishermen come in.
Swim in our Brand New heated fresh water pool with zero entry or lounge in our huge new theraputic jacuzzi. Have a party under the chicki roofed "room", can be open air, or clear plastic curtains roll down to keep the wind and weather out. It is fully equipped with ice machine, grills, tables, chairs and benches and a bar! A paradise you will want to come back to again and again.
Why We Love Our Vacation Rental
The grounds are awesome. Being on the lowest residence floor, we have a direct stairway to the grounds. Waking up in the Master Suite to the sunrise is always a treat. The sandbar is close for lounging, and the fishing is terrific.

Relax on the balcony or by the pool or hot tub with a margarita. Bring your boat to moor at our huge T-dock. The reef is so close, you can get there by canoe! See the most spectacular sunset at nearby Morada Bay, live music on week-ends. Stay for a drink or a great dinner. Truly a piece of paradise. Ask us for a free list of our "Favorites"! This is our home, so maid service is optional.

Deep sea fishing, John Pennekamp Underwater state park for spectacular diving and snorkling 15 minutes away. Reefs for diving, snorkling and fishing a short distance by boat right out the back door! ***CANCELLATIONS - PICK UP JANUARY AND FEBRUARY WITH $1500 OFF EACH MONTH***
$3,600 a month May thru October (except July Lobster Season $4,200)
$3,700 a month November & December
$4,200 a month January thru April Add 11% taxes and handling fees and $100 BR fee. Weekly maid service available. Any Long distance calls charged and electric in excess of $100.00 will be billed.
